Hasselhoff Gold
You might have thought I got distracted.
To you I say Nay Nay.
Thanks to a second oldest sibling, I have even more Hasselhoff material.. From this interview with the Hoff he says
Hasselhoff said his new single Jump in My Car is headed toward the top 10 on the British charts.
“If it breaks over here, fine,” he said.
I deeply suspect that would be a sign of something. Mainly the coming of the Apocalypse .
Then you can take a look at the reviewers on Amazon.com for the Very Best of David Hasselhoff some of the gems include
Oi Oi Oi Oi! This album frickin’ rocks! Many pulverizing tracks of pure Streetpunk glory! David Hasselhoff takes it back to the roots of early British punk rock and gives it a jolt with his amazing, and sometimes aluring voice. His staunch stand against fascism streams throughout this album, fueled by his old school punk sound fury. This album is definately not a skipper, and anyone who loves some good old school hardcore punk should pick this up! This would make The Exploited proud. This price is trivial, the love is not! He is a great guy, with a great talent. Pick this up today!
Also, in a bit of marketing genius, the producers wisely placed the standout track “Hot Shot City” at track #6, a full 8 tracks earlier than its placement on this album. That means you’ll *save* at least 20 minutes in having to wait to hear a song most critics have claimed is “particularly good”. And they pass these savings along to you.
It truly is a steal at $39.99
After hearring “The Hoff” for the first time, I emerged from my room like a caveman unthawed from a glacier after aeons out of the loop, blinking in the blinding light of reveletion!! This album has opened my eyes to a whole new, modern world of style, passion, and rippling, hair-covered pecs of which I was totally unaware!! Thank you, David, for showing me how beautifull the world truly is!! I am a particluar fan of Hot Shot City, which had me raving off the walls like a speed-crazed hyena!! Unbelievabel!!
An 11 on the scale of manliness…, April 21, 2006

David Hasselhoff’s collection of greatest hits is one of the most inspirational collections of our lifetime. If you haven’t listened to the Hoff, you don’t know what you’re missing. This man is truly an underappreciated living legend and a national treasure. The only thing wrong with this collection is that they had to pare it down to only 16 tracks. Anything Hoff touches turns to gold, and a Hoff greatest hits collection could contain just about anything he’s ever sang, even in the shower. With the guitars blazing and synthesizers synthesizing, the Hoff’s powerful vocals are accompanied by a band a virtuosos. This album will change your life, as it has mine…ever since I musked up and popped the Hoff’s greatest hits into my Trans-Am last Saturday night (in Hot Shot City, nonetheless),
Yeah.. There’s some love for the Hoff.
Love the Hoff!!
my alarm is set to 94.9 “the blaze”. i usually wake up to metallica, or guns n’ roses, or even the occasional def leppard, but this morning “jump into my car” came blaring from my clock radio.
now that’s a sign of the apocalypse.
