I have been off and on the last few days. I am a man who likes stability. The last bit has been anything but. I’ve been working my rear off at work, I’ve been dealing with personal issues and my cell phone decided to die on me.
Again.
As I’ve said before, and inevitably will say again, I must of these blog entries as fluff pieces. Parts that are goofy, fun, and entertaining. Those who know me know that I am like that in real person.
Over the last week I’ve had Family and Friends doing some thoughtful things for me as I have gotten older, and my pants have made it one inch higher to my armpit region.
I’m just looking forward to being able to yell at those pesky kids riding their bikes, and hover craft around.
At the End of the Day, when it’s time for me to cash my chips in (with the cheetos), it’s going to be all about family, and the few friends that make up who I am.

And I have no privacy!
I know.. This post isn’t about the Great Space Coaster (everyone, get on board)
or The time I got stuck in Rawlins and had to sleep in my truck (photos included)
or The the Do It Yourself Slanket my little sis made me.
or the Glimpse of ErinAnnie walking around with shotguns (look for a blond with some shades and ear protection. I think she walked in front of the camera on purpose).
Trust me. Those blog posts will come
Have I ever lied?
No.
This is about me, being an idiot and watching skads of CourtTV, Biography, and History Channel (or as I like to call it, the Nazi Channel. Anyone besides me notice that 90 percent of that programming is about WWII?). Now before I went and got a Set Top Box, I didn’t have to worry about these channels.
I didn’t have TV. So I didn’t watch TV.
Now I get to sit back and watch shows like Forensic Files, Cold Case Detectives, shootout, Cases of an FBI profiler, and a host of other scary shows. Now like every other man, I like to scare myself.
Of course, I’ve done the stupid thing, and scared myself silly.
I’m pretty sure I’mgoing to turn up dead somewhere.
Or that I am going to become a statistic and get myself wrapped around a tree, or get hit driving (the trip from Rawlins helped this little Phobia).
You know what? I don’t need this. I already have a phobia of Flying? That pretty much leaves me with just trains! I can’t go across town in a train.
Well at least not yet.
If anything does happen, and the cops have to bust down the door, just remember. I was put into that compromising position, with the cheetos.
And Gordon, you are written out of the pinball will.

But I will get to it, I swear.
In the meantime I ripped this from RubyG’s blog.
I tend to rip off a lot of pop-culturie (new word. I made it up. It’s official) content from her.
RubyG, thank ya. Everyone else, tell me if you can see the simpsons, in all their real life glory.

Yeah, I know, there’s no great space coaster, and I know ya’ll were waiting for that post.
It’s gonna be good.
I swear.
Alas, I’ve been thinking of changing the blog name again. I know “White Trash Techo geek” just didn’t come off that good.
Now I’m thinking
Open Mouth, Insert Foot
Concidering I don’t really think about stuff when I do the word vomit on the screen.

Those of you who know me in non-blog life, know that I have a thing for Science Fiction.
Yes.
Surprise.
I am a nerd.
Well, I watch Battlestar Galactica religiously and Doctor Who brings out the fanboy in me (but not Anime Fanboy, cuz that’s just freaky. Who has my back here?)
Battlestar just had what one would call a mind exploding season finale, and after I scraped my gray matter off of the walls (because I watch BSG using a projector and surround sound system. It would be criminal to watch it on a 20 inch TV) I went to go find all the spoilers for Season 3 that I could. I’ve found spoilers here. Oh sweet spoiler goodness.
“We do eventually plan on getting them back out into space, and also another major thing that’s going to happen in the third season is we’re going to do an ongoing Cylon story where we’re going to be cutting over to the Cylon world for the first time and running a complete arc within the Cylon,” reveals Moore. “It’s still coming together, but [the occupation arc] will probably be three or four or five episodes… probably four episodes. We’re still kind of stroking out exactly how these kinds of things will fall, but I don’t think it will take quite as long as it took us to wrap up the arc at the beginning of the second season.”
All I can say is, SNAP! I was told they weren’t event thinking about going there. I figure it’s going take at least 4-5 episodes to get off of New Caprica.
He also says
In the case of Galactica 1980’s final episode, and its only good one, a revisit to the heartbreaking “The Return of Starbuck” – which saw Dirk Benedict return to the show long enough to get stranded on a planet along with a Cylon who he befriends – has not been ruled out
One can only hope they use Dirk Benedict.
I know that there is Space Coaster in here. I’ll get to it by the next post, I just have to get some video captures..
Get on board..

Well, I just got my monthly e-mail from Thinkgeek the first product that they were hawking was a Remote control Dalek.
Now some may call me a geek, others an over obsessed fanboy(but not the Anime kind, never the Anime kind), but this is cool. Of course, this is the same guy who owns a Dr. Who Pinball machine.
But I am not obsessed.
Never obsessed.
So for those of you who have asked what I would like as I go from old to older, this could be one .
Or the Slanket
Or the Blue LED Faucet Light
Or the Personal Area Network Hoodie (this one scratches my geek itch, as well as the need for lots of pockets. Folks, I owned and loved me some parachute pants. I would still own them if I could find them.To much information? Maybe.. Really cool pants, definately. They will make a comeback someday. Then it’s on to making Overalls socially accepted.)
Of course, I’ll be happy just to be with friends and family.
As long as I get some cake…
Oh, and cake frosting cookies.
And the person who owes me some peanut brittle produces (she knows who she is…)
Now for my next blog entry… The Great Space Coaster, get on-board.

I’ve tried to make some logos and so far they have been, how do you say, complete rubbish?
If you have some graphical talent, let me know ( via comments, the contact me link, or however). I can pay, or do computer work
