Going Off The Sugar (*not* the girl kind of sugar though)
Internets.
I’ve decided it’s time for me to loose weight once again. I’ve posted about this before, in fact, if you look at the origins of my blog, it was for me loosing weight (Here ,here and here)

I managed to do this via 1) Laying off all processed sugar, 2) Cut Calorie Consumption down and 3) Exercise.
Of recent, I’ve managed to start consuming sugar once again. It starts innocently enough. A sucker there, some gum over there, a 24 pack of snickers ice cream bars over here.
Once again, I am addicted to sugar (I’m addicted to getting some sugar from the ladies, but that’s for another time 😉 ). I’m going cold turkey again. It’s not necessarily a bad thing either, my Dad and several members of my extended family battle with Diabetes. It’s something I need to watch out for.
I’m hoping that some of the stress in my life is gone, so I can get on with life and get this done. I’ll also be adopting the 5BX Exercise program, as well as adhering to the Hacker’s Diet.
Obviously, I support this decision. 🙂 Maybe you and I should email each other every night:
“You eat sugar today?”
“No. You?”
“No.”
Not very interesting, but it does bring an element of accountability into things. 🙂
