Just found some notes I had been writing during a somewhat boring combined EQ/RS meeting. I thought it was funny, but I was also low on blood sugar…
“You need to suggest that us guys get visit taught/baked goodies in RS”
and
“Isn’t there some type of Law or Commandment that R.S. meetings are suppose to have snacks? Like mini-candybars or frosted cookies (must be 2/3rds frosted sugary goodness, 1/3rd cookie) shaped to look like the angel Moroni.”
I got some attitude.
I’d look forward to free pastries all the time!
Now I need to do some exercise.
So, have you verbalized any of your thoughts to anyone in the RS? 🙂 I once taught a lesson and brought peppermint patties. Every one who contributed to my lesson got a “pat on the back”. I’m not sure if it went over well, but the candies were all gone @ the end of my lesson! 🙂

mmmmm. . . .maybe I will make some sugar cookies tomorrow. . . I have the best recipe 🙂
Feather: Yes I have. That’s what all the notes were from. I was trying to convince her that
1) I needed some Visiting Teachers
and
2) I needed some Sugar cookies (and some cinnimon rolls). With lots of frosting.
She laughed at me, in the “You are crazy” way.
I did end up getting some candy the next week though. From more than one girl as well >:)
