So.. I like me some Sushi. Of course, it’s impossible to get fresh fish from here. I was lucky enough to meet a vendor in my local Farmers market who sold fresh fresh fish. Some of which I made my own sushi.

The next “All You Can Eat Sushi” event (hosted by Cooke’s Seafood) is scheduled for Thursday, May 21st The price for the sushi event is $32 per person and includes a great variety of super tasty species like Ahi Tuna, Blue Marlin, Super White Tuna, Salmon, Smoked Yellowtail rolls + more! The Mansion will also have a variety of sake, Japanese + domestic beer, and a simply amazing selection of wine available. We hope you can attend the sushi party. See you there!
