Seriously, this blog cracked me up. I get it. I too scare myself sometimes from watching scary television shows. I think it's human nature to be curious, and a bit fun to get the adrenaline rush which comes from fear, as well as smart to be informed and cautious. But if a serious phobia is beginning, stop it while you can. It's no fun to be worried or scared all of the time. Just remember, "Today is the tomorrow we worried about yesterday." - Anonymous.
