BARENAKED ON A STICK - AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 22, 2005

Nettwerk Music Group announced today the release of BARENAKED ON A
STICK, a USB flash memory drive containing songs, videos, and exclusive
content from the BARENAKED LADIES, on sale November 22, 2005 through
the holiday season.

Essential for any BNL fan’s collection, the 128mg USB flash memory
drive (about the size of a pinky finger) is a portable storage device
that is a fast and easy way to share music, videos, pictures and other
data. It is PC/Mac compatible, re-usable and incredibly low priced at
$29.98–the cost of BARENAKED ON A STICK is close to the same cost of
the device on its own with no special content. It will be available on
Amazon and Werkshop (Nettwerk’s online merchandise store), and will
also be sold at all BNL shows this winter.

“Looking for new and interesting ways to bring music to the fans is
always a priority,” says Terry McBride, President and CEO of Nettwerk
Music Group. “This device delivers a terrific value to Barenaked
Ladies’ fans; simultaneously providing them with a unique music

BARENAKED ON A STICK contains 29 songs from the BARENAKED LADIES,
