And I see the following Sign
Dairy Center For the Arts?
I’ve heard of the “National Endowment for the Arts”
I’ve heard of the “New York Foundation for the Arts”
But Dairy Center for the Arts?
What the heck are those people in Boulder doing!?!?
And what exactly can you do “artsy” with dairy products? Cow Dancing? Cheese Sculpting?
Can someone Please help me out here!
At this point, I blame that strange sign (which I had to stop, find somewhere to park, and take a photo of) for the darkened Beniggans. I was surprised to find this restaurant closed. People just couldn’t get their blues busted, I suppose..
I’m confuseled.

I’ve actually made some pretty fetching sculptures that the Dairy Center for the Arts would put a little plaque next to saying, Remnants of Mocha Shake in Pilsner Glass, with Spoon and Equal Packets
